@Michael - I have tried 3.2.5 that I then upgraded to 3.2.7 then I tried another phone with 3.2.4. I haven't tried 3.2.6, but will tonight.
@Tony - I am going to be a bit dense here and I hope you will excuse me, I am not sure if you mean "make sure the blf is entered as "1234" in speed dial" on the phone or on the SipXecs web interface? It shows on the phone tell I check the box for presence. The park extension is 801 and that is how I have it entered. I will run preflight as well. Bellow is the config in the SipXecs web interface.
