I'm not sure your question is clear. Are you asking to have separate MOH for auto attendant transfers, versus music that is heard when placed on hold by an individual?
If that is your question, I've not seen a method that is designed specifically to provide one type of Music for Auto Attendant calls, versus other types. However, if you setup MOH on a per User Basis, then you would get different music when placed on hold by an individual user, versus what the system MOH source is set to.
