We do support dynamic payload types today. For example, if someone advertises a codec with a dynamic payload type (e.g. Vonage does this with telephony-events), we will respond with that payload type.
Do you have a situation where this is not working? If so, could you post the SIP messages with SDP?

that case I don't understand what to do if there exist to simultaneous calls
which map same payload type id's to different codec names :(
