Hello,

Speex support is now added to sipXtapi-media-update svn branch.
Update your source to rev7293 and enjoy!

Current realization provides four different bitrates: 5950bps, 8000bps
(default), 15000bps
and 24600bps. DTX, VAD and AGC are disabled by default. Postprocessing
is enabled
only for 5950bps mode by default.

Now Speex support is ENABLED by deafult under Windows and DISABLED under Linux,
cause it is not tested under Linux at all. However all should work
fine under Linux after
updating build scripts. To enable Speex support define HAVE_SPEEX and
link with libspeex.

It is NOT TESTED to work with other clients. And there may be
problems, cause Speex use
dynamic payload type, which is not well supported now.

Speex library is NOT included in sipXtapi svn. You should download them manually
and place under Speex subdirectory at the same level as sipXtapi,
sipXmediaLib, etc
are located.

Thanks to Hector Izquierdo Seliva and Andy M. for working on this!

Regards,
Alexander Chemeris.
