Hi Logan,

I'd use your PC's IP address instead of 127.0.0.1.  127.0.0.1 may
work, but it depends on what Brekeke OnDO SIP Server binds to.  I
don't know how to configure Brekeke, but you may need the same logic.

Next, make sure that both the server and your softphone are not using
the same ports:

I suspect that sipxInitialize is failing because it cannot bind to the
port.
