I have noticed that there is a very large delay between the audio being processed by the flow graph and its actual output from the speakers. When I call my PSTN desk phone from my sipxtapi client I notice a very low delay on sound from my mic to the PSTN. If I record a sound from the PSTN phone and my mic at the same time, and then record the speaker output with the same mic I get the following Sequence in the flow graph. The first timable event is 0ms:
FromMic: 0ms ToSpkr (from net, the PSTN phone): 25ms FromMic (echo from the ToSpkr): 250ms I understand there is some delay in FromMic, but it seems to point to most of the delay being in ToSpkr. I tried reducing the preload, but that had very undesirable effects. Does anyone think rewriting SpeakerThreadWnt and the mic thread to use directx would likely help? This delay is definately frustrating our userbase.
