I apologize for asking something that was discussed before.
Shouldn't these directories be deleted from the svn server? I downloaded the
whole distribution from scratch two days ago and I got both directories.

This error was discussed on the list recently. Please, try to
search the list before asking.
You should delete sipXtackLib\include\tapi and
sipXportLib\include\tapi directories from your working copy
to get rid of this error.
