Dear Michael,

Thank you for your information about hooking into stream.

I am working on adding Quality of Service (QoS) into the sipXezPhone, to 
perform analysis of the jitter, delay and packet loss in the VoIP network.

I would appreciate your help on how to do the QoS, in particular I would 
like to know how to control and insert my own RTP packets.
