Is there a routine inside sipXtapi (or the lower layers that it uses) that I can invoke directly to generate an RTP stream to a particular address?
Actually, what I have is the SDP from a UA, and I want to play a WAV file to the UA. I'd like to have a function that I give the SDP and file name, and it will send out the RTP stream per the instructions in the SDP.
