I had problems for NAT last month on both sipXTapi branch and sipXtap-media-update branch, but after I checked out their latest code a week ago, the problem is resolved. So I would suggest you to use their latest codes. Also, if you read their SVN logs, you might also notice they have modified some of the NAT codes.
