Skip this sipXtackLib tests for a while. This errors will be fixed when
Bob Andreasen will finish main to sipXtapi merging.

I think this link could be added to readme at the top of source tree.

Video support is not finished yet - video capturer is needed. I use come GPLed
code for now, and it could not be commited to this svn due to license
incompatibility. LGPLed capturer should be written.
