No, iLBC code is not supported now. Plan for iLBC (and other codecs) support
is: Once somebody will need. :)

Adding new codec will take from two days to one week. It is not hard, but takes
some time. As a good example of changes needed for new codec, you could
look into recent GSM codec wrapper implementation:

You're welcome to implement wrapper for this great codec. I'll try to help you
here, if you will have questions.
