Hello,
I don't find the speexlib.lib file when I build with DLL version, I have
even searched the entire folder to see if it's somewhere. I have attached
the buildlog, please see if you can find the problem.
Between, can you send me libspeex.lib file? Atleast I will be able to carry
with the work then.

LIBCMTD.lib is a static MT runtime library. You should always use
DLL version of runtime, even if building static library.
