Does sipxtapi use inband or out of band DTMF? sipxtapi.h claims it uses out of band by default but whenever I try to call sipxConfigEnableOutOfBandDTMF or sipxConfigEnableInBandDTMF it fails as it's not implemented so I'm not sure. It is not mentioned that these calls work only with GIPS. Also sipxConfigEnableRTCP is unavailable. Please update sipxtapi.h.
