Hello,

Long time ago there was good description of coding guidelines
on SIPfoundry site, named "sipX Project Coding Standards for C,
C++, and Java". One day it disappeared from SIPfoundry site and
now could be found only in personal storages (e.g. I saved one
for my own use).

To prevent coding style diversification I start collecting most
frequent style deviations and most frequent bad-practices,
putting rules against them on this page:
http://sipx-wiki.calivia.com/index.php/SipXtapi_coding_style_guidelines

It does not contain many information now, but it will grow as time
goes on. When I'll have more free time I'll adopt best pieces from
old sipX Coding Standards page. So, stay tunned! Watch this page
if you want short-way-to-svn for your patches.

>From old sipX Coding Standards quotes:
Remember that you write code for three audiences: The computer,
for whom it must be correct, your muse, for which it it must be elegant,
and the poor schmuck who has to modify it, for whom it must be
  comprehensible.
