If you want most stable code, use sipXtapi branch. It is under active
development and may be unstable for short periods of time, so stay updated.

I think Visual Studio 2003 project files are most tested ones, however
VS6 should work too. OTOH we did not tested sipXezPhone for a while,
so it may be slightly broken. You're welcome to post patches fixing it.
