I'm busy with call recording :(. I had to use 2 splitters as I found out
mixers can only have 1 output. Then 1 mixer mixes audio and then
MprRecorder records it. But for some reason mixer doesnt work as I want.
In its constructor, weights are set to 0, and when I set weight to 1 on
individual inputs, then I can hear them in recording. But if I set both
weights to 1, then I can hear microphone + dtmf only, no speaker sound.

For me fixing other bugs is priority (like I said in other email), but
if nobody makes iLBC work with 20ms and 30ms modes then I will do it.
