Hello,

This patch is not enough. One has to compile the USC (Universal
Speech Codec) library from Intel IPP speech-codec samples, and include
accordingly. And there are some issues with memory allocation regarding USC
API like USCCodecAlloc, USCCodecInfoAlloc etc. Can the integration be done
using bare-bone IPP functions without using another indirection called USC?

If anybody is doing this G729 Integration using IPP, any pointers will be
welcome. I think Jaro is doing it.

Thanks
Debasish

Subject: Re: [sipxtapi-dev] Intel's IPP/G.729 support

Hello,

I've posted owed patch for G.729 and G.723 support with Intel IPP to
tracker: http://track.sipfoundry.org/browse/XCL-130
It is not checked, so do not mind to apply it as is. I see many people
williing to add support G.729 to sipXtapi so I hope community will
help with clean up or rewrite of this patch. Post your suggestions to
XCL-130.
