primary goals:

- I need up to 50 independent soft-phones, with full functionality (outgoing 
and incoming calls, transferring, conferencing, etc.), including mic/speaker 
substitution;
- User (operator) must be able to select any active soft-phone and listen 
conversation;

I thing, probably, I must create one main application, which execute soft-phone 
processes (up to 50), and manage theirs...
