Hello,

Definitely I'll use the sipXtapi branch, but still would like to try to
compile the sipXezphone example under sipXtapi-media-update.

The missing avcode.h header is part of ffmpeg library. After downloading
the header files that are part of the C99 standard library and are not
shipped with Visual Studio, managed to compile ffmpeg for windows using
msys/mingw, solving therefore the problem of missing avcodec.h and
avcodec-51.lib.

The only problem remaining (so far) is the missing
"mp/video/MpDShowCaptureDevice.h" header. Will it straightforward to code
MpDShowCaptureDevice.h, (or any other missing headers in VIDEO directory) or
are there some subtleties I should be aware of?

Again, any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Antonio

Jaroslav is correct, video capture code is missing. If you're really
interested in video support, you're welcome to write this code. It would be
great help contribution to sipXtapi.

sipXtapi-media-update branch is a bit outdated as I do not have time to
develop video capabilities and in audio processing part it is equal to
sipXtapi branch. If someone will really work on video support, I'll try to
keep

sipXtapi- media-update branch in sync with sipXtapi branch.
