Ok, I stuck a summary of this in the wiki.
A sipXtapi generic wish-list has been created (there was one for
Video/additional codecs, I moved it, genericized it (yes, I know, not a real
word), and added a unit-test wish list.

I hope that in a few days I will have time to write a few tests as we
discussed to get initial data to estimate whether it needs more
investigation.

I have Loox N560 with Windows Mobile 5, clocked at 624Mhz, and also all
the tools necessary to compile programs for it.
