I inserted the "s" into the adress, and then I could download the
repositories
Pretty simple, but I wouldn't solve this by myself

I didn't realized that it may be a firewall block

Just to be sure, I performed the exact same steps you mention, and all
works fine for me.

If it works, there will be a slight pause (generally a few seconds) while
initial contact is being made with the subversion server
(the "bytes transferred" will change), then you should see a slew of
"Added [...]" messages.

Could it be that you have an HTTP proxy that is interrupting transfers?
Try using https to check out -- that may correct your issue.  i.e. leave
everything else as you've been doing, but use this URL:
https://scm.sipfoundry.org/rep/sipX/branches/sipXtapi/
