Further testing seem to indicate that the delay is 4 seconds (can't tell if it
is *exactly* 4 seconds, but at least very close to).
I would assume that there is a separate thread created for receiving incoming
traffic? I will try to figure this out myself, any help whatsoever would be
very much appreciated, particularly if someone would know where would be a good
place to start looking.
