It seems very much like an RTP handling problem. Near the problematic
place I see RTP sequence number wrap from 65535 to 0. This may be
the cause of problem. I recommend you to look into MprDecode flowgraph
resource - here is all decoding is done. It is located in sipXmediaLib in
src/MprDecode.cpp.

I could also recommend you to try patch I've posted to " Silence on Windows
Minimise / SipXmedia MpdSipxPcma::decodeIn fun ction drops RTP Packets"
thread recenty.
