Problems with minimizing havent gone away completely, as I havent touched the way ticks are generated from Windows messages. When this is changed + I will check PCMU/PCMA decoder (I think there might be 1 more bug there as well) audio quality should be better. Right now, audio quality should be slightly better than few months ago. Once these bugs are fixed, I will attempt to rewrite dejitter & decode buffer in sipxmedialib once we agree on requirements.
