Excellent, though I would reccomend in the future creating your patches
starting at the top level working copy directory (named 'sipXtapi' if you
don't provide a different directory name when checking out).. Then the file
paths provided in the patch file are not potentially ambiguous.

Using Tortoise, you can just select the sipxtapi folder, right-click and
select Create Patch. Tortoise will then display a list of all files, with
the files that contain changes checked and the rest unchecked, and you can
check/uncheck at will.

Then you could of course just use the svn command which Alexander
described
in a different thread...
