I probably should have described the problem in more detail.

- The proxy is in the public world (has a public IP address)
- The 2 sipxezphones are in our local private network.
- SDP contains all the candidate IP addresses (in offer as well as answer 
with STUN resolved IP address having the highest priority).
- RTP packets are being sent to the STUN resolved public IPs rather than the 
local private IPs.

This problem, I believe is caused by ICE failing for some reason. (I haven't 
debugged it yet)
