In latest sipXtapi code you may enable the use of new audio I/O, we're developing. We have tried it on Vista and it provided much better results then current audio I/O. Though it is not well tunned to work on Vista yet. You may try it by defining two preprocessor defines in sipXmediaAdapterLib project: DISABLE_DEFAULT_PHONE_MEDIA_INTERFACE_FACTORY ENABLE_TOPOLOGY_FLOWGRAPH_INTERFACE_FACTORY But keep in mind, that with this enabled you will not get full functionality of sipXtapi working. Especially recording will not work. > One more thing ... where can I get the latest sipXtapi source code for > windows? Latest source code is availble from svn repository only. Get it with svn client from: http://scm.sipfoundry.org/rep/sipX/branches/sipXtapi -- Regards, Alexander Chemeris. SIPez LLC.
