In latest sipXtapi code you may enable the use of new audio I/O,
we're developing. We have tried it on Vista and it provided much
better results then current audio I/O. Though it is not well tunned
to work on Vista yet.

You may try it by defining two preprocessor defines in sipXmediaAdapterLib
project:
DISABLE_DEFAULT_PHONE_MEDIA_INTERFACE_FACTORY
ENABLE_TOPOLOGY_FLOWGRAPH_INTERFACE_FACTORY

But keep in mind, that with this enabled you will not get full functionality
of sipXtapi working. Especially recording will not work.
