All of our API documentation is maintained within the source code using
Doxygen --
Check out the latest code via:
svn co http://scm.sipfoundry.org/rep/sipX/branches/sipXtapi
and you can use doxygen to build up HTML or PDF documentation for you with
all the latest changes in the API.

The wiki may help a bit, but the docs linked in the "how to use" section are
very out of date, and the link is broken to boot... Still, the other
information contained on the wiki may prove useful to you.
