sipXtapi should compile fine (or with very minor changes) for WinCE,
but we still have not got it working good on it. Though there is a strong
believe that it is possible - we have mostly got sipXtapi working on
some ARM platform under Linux, and WinCE will be not that much
difference probably. We'll work more on getting sipXtapi working
under WinCE, but there are no well defined timeline of this effort.

I know there was port to Symbian of some old version of sipXtapi,
but I do not know anything about it, even who did it and was it contributed
back to open-source or not.
