All speex modes are supported by sipXmediaLib, so you just need
push information about this to upper levels (i.e. sipXtapi). Take a look
at following files:
sipXsdpLib\include\sdp\SdpCodec.h
sipXsdpLib\src\sdp\SdpCodec.cpp
sipXsdpLib\src\sdp\SdpDefaultCodecFactory.cpp
And search for occurence of "SPEEX" in them. I think you'll easily find the way
to add needed modes. ;)
