That was not my experience, I was able to get sipxtapi compiling without
too many dramas, Using VS C++ 2005.

Sadly I did not write down the few small things I did at the time.

 From memory the only things I need to do was
add some dependencies between projects
and disable some of the posix / compatibility warnings (which is
documented on the web site).
