Please note, that sipXezPhone haven't been maintained for a while and might
be broken at any place. Look at PlaceCall/ReceiveCall examples instead.

At first, be sure, that HAVE_SPEEX is set in both sipXmediaLib and
sipXmediaAdapterLib projects, is it is set in the only one oh them,
you will get heap corruption.
