Yes, update your copy to at least rev.10834 and should be fixed. Problem was that HAVE_SPEEX must be either defined in both sipXmediaLib AND sipXmediaAdapterLib or undefined in both. This is the problem only when you're using default build, and do not enable Topology graph - with Topology graph you won't get this error.
