Hi We have just updated to version 4 from 3.11 and found that the Caller Id for calls coming from ACD is now replaced with the ACD Queue number. For example :
in 3.11 if "88101" made a call to ACD Q "88888", then ACD agents would see "88101" when they were offered the call. in 4.0 if "88101" makes a call to ACD Q "88888", Agents see "88888". Is there any way to determine who the Caller is? Regards Mike
