It shouldn't, if DTX is not enabled. It's a bug if it does.

This is effectively handled by keep-alive packets.

Zeroing Bridge weights will have the same ramifications on RTP sending
as disabling MprFromInputDevice do. (**) is not correct approach, as
Dan already pointed - you still may want to say audio other then from Mic
(from a file, e.g.).
