I am having a problem when booting a client from floppy. We are running RH 7.3. The boot process goes through creating the partitions fine, but then gets the error: @ERROR: chroot failed. Just before this error, the line says: mount proc /a/proc -t proc -o defaults || shellout
After the chroot failed error it says: rsync: connection unexpectedly closed (34 bytes read so far) rsync error: error in rsync protocol data stream (code 12) at io.c(150) I have verified that rsync is running on the master server, and the connectivity seems to be fine(no lost packets with ping). Has anyone seen this and can anyone help me resolve it?
