OK. After going through the archives again, I’ve figured this one out. I have the dosfstools source and rules patches. I also have the jfsutils rules patch.
Where is the source code patch for jfsutils? I’ve been through the Sourceforge site, IBM’s JFS site, and have done an Internet search to no avail. Should I simply update the jsfutils tarball? Why modify the make.d rule if there’s no patch to apply?
Thanks in advance.

I need some help. Can someone please tell me what files or settings I may be missing?
I’m using OSCAR 2.3.1 on RH 9 and need to update the SystemImager boot image to include new SCSI and NIC drivers.
I have the SystemImager (3.1.4 I believe) source from the OSCAR installation. I have added the patch for the SCSI driver update. I built a new binary module for the NIC and put it in the my_modules directory. The software developer and kernel developer packages were installed with RH 9.
When I run “make binaries”, I get the following error:
[ -d /usr/src/systemimager-3.1.4/src/dosfstools-2.8 ] || ( cd /usr/src/systemimager-3.1.4/src && tar -xvzf dosfstools-2.8.src.tar.gz ) make -C /usr/src/systemimager-3.1.4/src/dosfstools-2.8 make[1]: Entering directory `/usr/src/systemimager-3.1.4/src/dosfstools-2.8' make -C mkdosfs all make[2]: Entering directory `/usr/src/systemimager-3.1.4/src/dosfstools-2.8/mkdosfs' gcc mkdosfs.o -o mkdosfs mkdosfs.o(.text+0x26): In function `_llseek': : undefined reference to `errno' collect2: ld returned 1 exit status make[2]: *** [mkdosfs] Error 1 make[2]: Leaving directory `/usr/src/systemimager-3.1.4/src/dosfstools-2.8/mkdosfs' make[1]: *** [all] Error 2 make[1]: Leaving directory `/usr/src/systemimager-3.1.4/src/dosfstools-2.8' make: *** [/usr/src/systemimager-3.1.4/src/dosfstools-2.8/mkdosfs/mkdosfs] Error 2
Anyone have any ideas?
Thanks
