I have been struggling with SystemImager for a few days now, using a TG3 network ccard which did not help matters. Using the kernel from http://howto.ipng.be/systemimager and the original initrd.img (the one from that site seemed to throw up a lot of errors) I am able to get it to see the network and the server. However I end up dumped at a prompt with the following error;
--------
I will now run the autoinstall script: node98.sh
Partitioning /dev/had...
Old partition table for /dev/had:
Error: Could not stat device /dev/had - No such file or directory.
Parted -s -- /dev/had mklabel msdos || shellout
Error: Could not stat device /dev/had - No such file or directory.
--------
There is no hda (or hdxx of any kind) in the /dev directory, which may be why it's giving the error but how could I resolve it? I found a similar problem at http://www.mail-archive.com/[EMAIL PROTECTED]/msg00577.html from this list but I was not sure what the solution meant or if it applied to me (I am using a PXE install not a CD install). Any help would be greatly appreciated, sincerely,
