Why not try just whacking the last value down a few blocks?  (i.e. set it to
5132000)  You might be off calculating the exact size of the disk, and
leaving 1 Meg wasted at the end of the disk probably won't hurt you.  I know
this fixed one install we were doing a long time ago.  This may not be your
problem, but it is worth trying.
