Hi Kent,
Have you formatted and activated the swap partitions? 
Add the commands in the master script near the hard disk partitioning
code. I had some problem with old versions of systemimager, cause they
activated only till 2Gb (or 3Gb ?), so i had to create many partitions. 

Then remeber to use the tmpfs_size option in syslinux.cfg, in order to
use bigger swap (see the FAQ chapter in the manual for more details).
