It is telling you to install the bittorrent RPM here (yum install bittorrent).

Perhaps it could be re-worded to be more clear...

It was there originally, but I think we removed it because:

1) The package name between Red Hat and others are different
(bittorrent vs BitTorrent)
2) If we don't have this RPM dependency, then the user can choose to
use a different bittorrent program either from RPM or manually
installed

If you agree, I think the current course of action would simply be to
make the above warning message more clear.
