- Add captions for Help and Accessibility buttons.
- Toggle screen reader using Ctrl+R keystroke.
- Added installer-a11yctl CLI util to control the accessibility
components.
- Run the screen reader if specified in the kernel command line
(use a11y=reader option for that).
- Adjust the ALSA configuration when starting the screen reader.
- Added the accessibility backend and popup.
- Added the "Accessibility options" button.
