- new version 0.29.0
- package gnunet-regex and gnunet-transport binaries
- install gnunet.service systemd unit with an empty default /etc/gnunet.conf
(closes: #55144)
- run gnunet.service with HOME=/var/lib/gnunet and set that home in the
sysusers file
- add post_service/preun_service scriptlets for gnunet.service
- restrict the nat-client/nat-server and dns suid helpers to the gnunet and
gnunetdns groups
- create the gnunet users in the libgnunet pre scriptlet, as it owns the files
with their group
- drop the unused mysql8 transition patch
