I should also tell you that I used this
validator:http://validator.w3.org/unicorn/

I used your validator to check the html of 'www.bscompetition.co.uk'.
It passed and I copied the supplied html for the badge:
<p>
<a href="http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=referer">
<img src="http://www.w3.org/Icons/valid-xhtml10"
alt="Valid XHTML 1.0 Transitional"
style="height: 31; width: 88;" />
</a>
</p>
I then went back to the validator as I decided I also wanted to
display the badge for CSS. I ran the test again and this time it
failed. I had only added the previous code. Upon closer inspection it
is clear that the code supplied is incorrect and invalid.
I would appreciate a reply acknowledging your mistake.
Thanks,
