Hello Jorge
W3C is not in the business of assisting companies or individual in improving or
implementing their Web site, but we do have free online tools that you can use,
like validator.w3.org; please check the W3C FAQ for our role as a consortium
making Web standards.
We don't have an office in Mexico, but we do have a Spanish office which may be
able to help you more with your potential participation in W3C as member, with
Spanish materials, etc.
