Hello,
I'm located a possible entity usage error in a dtd. The entity appears
to be missing a semi-colon.
Found in http://www.w3.org/MarkUp/DTD/html4-rdfa-1.dtd on line 1045.
<!ELEMENT STYLE - - %StyleSheet -- style info -->
Should be
<!ELEMENT STYLE - - %StyleSheet; -- style info -->
