To the Site Comments list members,

Regarding the last two messages on this list:

I think these are very good questions, and I second Steven Simpson’s request in 
his message "Suggestion for W3 Website" [1] for a page on www.w3.org outlining 
the state of the web as it presently stands.

Also, I think the www.w3.org should have a page that provides a look at the 
technical aspects of how the website is managed “behind the scenes”, as Alvaro 
Sanchez Ramirez mentioned in his message "w3.org site construction" [2]. This 
is something I have always wondered, given the sheer volume of content the site 
contains, the number of different sections, and the non-uniformity of the site 
(compared to say your bog-standard CMS template-driven website, were every 
single page looks and feels the same).

“Just my two cents”, as they say!
