I need to find out whether any other groups (eg. ethnic, religious, sexuality-based, gender, age-based) apart from disability groups were consulted or involved in the development of the WCAG standards? We have to perform an Equality Impact Assessment for our website and some consultative background on the WCAG standards we adhere to may (or may not) be relevant here.
