I found out what my mistake was: - I assumed that there would be an **_adoc_** file in **_tomee-site-generator_** for every html file in **_tomee-site-pub_** - However the contents of the _**latest/examples**_ folders are generated from the examples in the _**tomee**_ repo - my PR deleted the whole _**latest**_ folder because of this assumption which is why there were _**merge conflicts**_ Apologies for the above. I've taken time to understand you site generation a bit better and run it locally.
